Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 Chicken Thighs Bone-in, with skin
  • Olive Oil
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Kosher Salt
  • Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • Black Pepper, Ground (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly grease your sheet pan.
  • Place the chicken thighs on your your sheet pan spaced apart so that they are not touching.
  • Either drizzle or rub olive oil over the chicken skin. Try to get as much covered as you can.
  • Gently shake or sprinkle your desired amount of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder onto the chicken thighs while maintaining full coverage.
  • Gently shake a small amount of kosher salt onto the chicken thighs. Remember, a little goes a long way.
  • Gently shake your desired amount of red chili flakes onto the chicken thighs.
  • Optionally, add ground black pepper for more kick.
  • Bake in oven for 45-60 minutes until the skin browns, is crunchy, and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
